Fun unaffiliated dressage competition run in accordance with current gov guidelines

1. This competition is run as a friendly unaffiliated competition to encourage riders of all levels and abilities of horses and rider. We are running by the kind permission of The Ayers Family.
2. Anybody showing symptoms of COVID-19 (or who has had such symptoms within 14 days preceding the show date) must not attend.
3. We will monitor, but it is everyone’s responsibility whilst on site to ensure they observe the current 2m social distancing rules outlined by the Government and current Government guidelines
4. We may make changes according to current advice to ensure guidelines are followed .
5. Only 2 people allowed per horse ie. Rider and Driver/Groom no additional cars or spectators. We will review subject to government guidelines.
6. Warm up times will be allocated, riders will not be accepted into the Warm up before their set time.
7. All horses are required to have current (annual) flu vaccination and public 3rd party liability insurance.
8. Score sheets will be available on the day or posted to you if you supply a SAE.
9. Full results will be published on our Facebook page within 24hrs
10. All tests will run on Grass arenas, please be aware surfaces may vary according to ground conditions and weather.
11.Please remove all hay or droppings after your horse/pony from the site.
12. Please observe social distancing especially while awaiting score sheets
13. Please park responsibly and as directed by stewards
14. All entries to be made online via horsevents
15. Withdrawals only accepted with a current vet certificate.

17. Classes 1&2 horse/rider not to have won a prelim dressage competition . Class 2&3 open to all not to have won a novice competition . Class 4 &5 open to horses that have not won at Medium. BD tack rules apply.
18. Correct show wear is to be worn, we will monitor the weather/conditions
19. First aiders on site for safety but please bring your own first aid equipment due to COVID-19
20. Entries close 2nd July ,times will be posted on Facebook page on 9th July
21. There are no toilet facilities or water on site
22. Competitors will need to display a number which will be allocated with times. This can be displayed on the saddle cloth, bridle or rider.
23. Please be courteous to all stewards and officials anyone showing inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave immediately.
24. There is no access to the cross country course or other Home Farm facilities whilst on site
