Riding Confidence Workshop with Alex Fleming

 Brimham Riding Club are excited to welcome Alex Fleming of Coaching for Confidence for a friendly, supportive 2-hour interactive workshop designed to help you believe in yourself and have confidence in your riding.

This workshop is perfect if you:

• Feel nervous or overthink your riding
• Want to enjoy your time in the saddle more
• Feel stuck and need a reset
• Simply want a confidence boost in a supportive setting

This isn’t a sit-and-listen kind of session. It’s highly-interactive and packed with tools you can start using straight away.

 

What to Expect

• A supportive, no-judgement space with like-minded riders
• Alex’s proven Roadmap to Confidence framework
• Simple, practical mindset tools you can apply immediately
• A fresh way of looking at nerves, setbacks, and self-doubt
• That lightbulb moment of “I can do this.”
• Tea/coffee and biscuits provided

With over 15 years of experience as a mindset coach, Alex helps riders rediscover the joy in what they do by shifting how they see challenges — and themselves. Her coaching is all about trusting your instincts and doing what feels right for you and your horse. If it works for you both, that’s what matters.
