Stephanie is a BHS Stage 3 Accredited Professional Coach & an EQ Bands Accredited Coach
If you're hoping to take your riding to the next level to improve the performance of you and your horse, then this could be for you.
Using AI video analysis, you will receive immediate feedback about your riding position and postural alignment.
The video analysis also gives on & off horse exercises specific to you.
Then, riding in the EQ Bands, you will develop greater self-awareness, improve your balance & co-ordination, build strength & flexibility, which will begin to correct your position.
EQ Bands are not suitable for under 16s or novice riders
