What happens when we stop looking at the scales of training as individual boxes to tick, and start looking at how they influence and develop one another?
This lecture demonstration will explore the skills involved in training the dressage horse, bringing them to life through practical demonstration and exploring how each piece contributes to the bigger picture.
We’ll also look at this from a judge’s perspective - because understanding how the skills interlink gives us a better understanding of what we are seeing in the arena, and why it matters.
A chance to look beyond the individual skills, join the dots and develop a deeper understanding of both training and judging.
This is an afternoon session lasting from 2 - 4pm
