ADRC TEAM SHOWJUMPING Sunday 28th December 2025
Open to all, especially those with christmas jumpers!
ADRC have added extra fun to our Christmas jumping - Team and Pairs Showjumping! Classes:
Class 1 Team – 40/45 cm,
Class 2 – Pairs relay - 50/55 cm
Class 3 Team – 60/65 cm,
Class 4 Pairs relay - 70/75 cm
Class 5 – Team – 80/85cm
Class 6 Team – 90/95 cm
Teams of 4 jump 2 rounds with second half of the 2nd round being the jump off against the clock. Best 3 scores to count each round.
Pairs relay – first rider to jump the first half of the course while the 2nd rider waits in a 'box First rider must pass a baton/crop to the 2nd rider before the second rider exits the box and continues to jump the second part of the course. Entire course is timed. Best pair score to win.
Christmas wear encouraged
Entry fee £64 per team paid via Horsevents or £20 per pair. or by PayPal to payments@ackworthridingclub.com - Important - this must be by Friends & Family option to ensure correct payment is received.
Please quote team name and members on entries. The team name, riders and horses and contact details to be sent to Sheila Rogerson email sheilarogerson@hotmail.com and ask for confirmation. There must be 3 teams/pairs to make it viable at each height. No horse to jump more than 2 classes. Note no horses to be tied at the side of lorries. We are limited on space and there will not be room.
Prizes – Teams - £60 to first place, sweets and rosettes to first 3 teams. If only 3 teams the prize money will be reduced to £40. Pairs – Rosettes and sweets to first 3 pairs.
Closing date midday 23rd December. Times will be available evening of 27th December
