Polework Session – Askham Bryan (Indoor Arena)
Great opportunity for improving: proprioception (foot placement awareness) - rhythm and stride regulation, core strength and joint mobility.
Suitable for all levels including young horse and novice riders
🕙 Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm
👥 Format: Groups of 3
⏱️ Session length: 60 minutes

Shaun is an empathetic and positive coach who focuses on improving both horse and rider, helping build confidence and understanding in a supportive environment.
